| 英文摘要 | The reaction of chromone-derived Morita-Baylis-Hillman acetates with amines was developed via tandem allylic amination/chromone ring-opening/oxa-Michael addition to provide 2-substituted-3-aminomethy-lene-chromans in convenient and efficient way, and subsequent applied in the synthesis of benzopyranylpyrimidine compounds.
