英文摘要Adsorption and desorption behaviours of protein human serum albumin (HSA) on thermosensitive magnetic polymer microspheres were investigated. At higher temperature, microspheres deswelled and susceptible to absorb larger amount of proteins, some of them could be desorbed at lower temperature. The extent of adsorption was found to depend on the pH value, protein concentration and incubation time also. At higher pH value, less of proteins could be absorbed because of the electrostatic repulsive force between the protein and microspheres. Increasing incubation time or protein concentration was favorable to the adsorption of proteins.
