英文摘要A novel carbohydrate labeling agent of 8-aminopyrene-1, 3, 6-trisultonate (APTS) has been synthesized from pyrene in two steps and purified in our laboratory. Using monosugars and dextran as testing sample, labeling and capillary electrophoresis separation conditions have been investigated. The detection sensitivity can easily reach attomole level when using a home-made laser-induced fluorescence detection system.
