| 英文摘要 | A C-18 RP-packing with low adsorption was prepared by use of gelation reaction. Benzene, phthlene, phenanthrene, aniline and pyridine were selected as test solutes to evaluate the column with a mobile phase of 65% ACN aqueous solution. The performance and the stability were showed well after 1 000 column volume of 65% ACN aqueous solution (containing 0. 1% TFA), The strong polar alkine molecular can be separated well. |
