英文摘要 | Quantum size effect of nanometer particles has been discussed in this paper from the point of view of colloid and physical chemistry. The work carried out by the author concerning the effect of nanometer particles in the biological system has been introduced. The enzymatic activity of Glucose Oxidase membrane has been enhanced obviously by introduction of nanoparticle of silica and gold, Photoelectric current and lifetime of vision mimetic retinal membrane has also been much improved by addition of nanometer particles. These nanometer particle effects have bean interrelated by author in terms of adsorption concentration effect, adsorption orientation effect and quantum size effect. |
