英文摘要A new organic conductor of (BEDT-TTF)(5)Cl-3(H2O)(5) has been synthesized by electrochemical method. The salt exhibits metallic properties at room-temperature ( sigma =20S(.)cm(-1)) and undergoes a metal-insulator transition at 160K. The crystal structure was determined. Polarized IR reflectance spectra were measured over the frequency range 650 similar to 6500cm(-1) for different polarization of the IR light. Raman spectra of single crystal as well as ESR spectra were also studies.
