| 英文摘要 | Micro-aromatic acids play an important role in the diagnosis of organic acidurias. In this study, a simple and rapid capillary electrophoresis ( CE) method for the analysis of micro-aromatic acids in urine had been developed, the electrophoretic behaviour of these aromatic acids had been discussed in detail. The electrophoresis was carried out in a 70 cm long, 50 mum ID fused-silica capillary, filled with 25 mmol/L borax buffer (pH = 10.0) containing 25 mmol/L sodium cholate as the electroosmotic flow modifier at a protential of 16 kV. The detection was at 214 mn. Under this condition, five phenylketonuria (PKU) related aromatic acids had been separated within 15 min, the detection limit was approximately 1.5 x 10(-9) mol for 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid. |
