英文摘要Conducting polyaniline-polyisoprene composite film was synthesized electrochemically. The film was successfully used to immobilize glucose oxidase forming glucose sensor. The biosensor has remarkable long-term stability (at least 5 months) and high permselectivity, which can determine H2O2 in the presence of electroactive interferent ascorbic acid. In addition, the influences of applied potential and the composition of the composite film on the characteristics of the biosensor were described in detail. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V.
