英文摘要A series of 2(1H)-quinoxalin-2-one derivatives: 1-alkyl-3-methyl-2(1H)-quinoxalin-2-one (alkyl = H, CH3 Et, n-C5H11), 1-alkyl-3-methyl-6-nitro-2(1H)-quinoxalin-2-one (alkyl= CH3, Et) and 1-methyl- 3-methyl-6-amino-2(1H)-quinoxalin-2-one have been studied by electron impact mass spectrometry (EI-MS). Based on the analysis of fragments appeared in EI mass spectrum, as well as the structure characterizations of these compounds some fragmentation rules are obtained. At the same time, the effects of different substituents on melting point has also studied. Results show that as the length of the alkyl chain at the nitrogen on the 1-position increased in the sa me kind of 2(1H)-quinoxalinone derivatives, the melting point usually decreases, introduction of nitro or amino group to the heterocyclic compounds always made melting point higher.
