英文摘要In this paper, polymer latices P(St-co-MAA) were used to control the crystallization of CaCO3, and the influence of the lattices on the crystallization, habit and morphology was studied by combination of XRD, FTIR and SEM. The mechanism of the morphology transformation of CaCO3 from calcite to vaterite with the increase of polar group content in latex was investigated. The concentrating effect of calcium ions on the latex surface inhibited the transformation from vaterite to calcite.
