New fluorinated polypyrrolone with high heat resistance - Synthesis and characterization

英文摘要A fluorinated polypyrrolone (PPy) derived from a new aromatic tetraamine, 2, 6-bis (3', 4'-diaminophenyl) -4-[3",5"-bis(trifluoromethylphenyl)]pyridine(6FPA), which was synthesized by the Chichibabin's reaction, and the aromatic dianhydride ODPA by a two-step polycondensation procedure was synthesized and characterized. The flexible and tough films prepared by casting from the precursor solutions PAAA, followed by thermal dehydrating, showed good thermal stability with thermal decomposition temperature of 544degreesC, 10% weight loss temperature of 591 degreesC, glass transition temperature of 318 degreesC and weight retention ratio of 68% at 720 degreesC. The PPy films exhibited excellent alkaline-aqueous-repellent properties and retained most of the properties even after boiling in 10% NaOH solutions for seven days, which made it a good candidate for protecting coating applications.
