英文摘要HPLC-MS-based metabonomic approach was established for the metabonomic analysis of milk components between normal cows and cows treated with chloramphenicol. Endogenous metabolites of the milk samples were analyzed by HPLC-MS after the extraction and. The results showed that; (1) After chloramphenicol was injected, from the corresponding chromatographs, it was found that the treated group and the control group were significantly different, in which some peaks changed regularly with the medicine-treated time, (2) The control group and treated group were successfully discriminated by partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), (3) Molecular formula of one indicating peak was C(18)H(32)O(3), hydroxyl-octadecadienoic acid (HODE), which could be the potential biomarker indicating the metabolic response to chloramphenicol.
