| 英文摘要 | Phytoehelatins (PCs) in peanut under the stress of cadmium were detected by high performance liquid chromatography/electrospray mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) with C-18 reversed phase column. The results showed that lower concentration of PCs containing 0.2 mg/L can be detected by the method. The linear is between 0.50 and 20.0 mg/L (r >= 0.9974). And the recovery rates are over 80%. The sensitivity of method is high. The method achieved the desired goal of practical features. The result of analyzing peanut sample showed that PCs can be detected in peanut which is under the stress of cadmium. |
