英文摘要 | A flow injection (FI)-hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometric (HG-AAS) method was developed for the determination of lead in biological samples. Nitroso-R-salt was used to enhance the sensitivity. The detection limit was 1 mu g/L (3 sigma) and the precision at the 20-mu g/L level was 3.1% RSD (n=11). A sampling frequency of 120 h(-1) was achieved. With the FI method, the tolerance to copper was improved fourfold, as compared to a batch procedure. The results obtained for the determination of lead in standard reference biological materials were in good agreement with certified values. |
