| 英文摘要 | Nodulisporium sp. A4, an endophytic fungus isolated from the traditional Chinese medicinal plant Aquilaria sinensis (Lour.) Gilg, had been fermented and the culture broth and mycelia were extracted with organic solvent respectively. CCK-8 assay was used to test the cytotoxic effects of the extracts, and the results showed that both the extracts exhibited cytotoxicity on NCI-H460 and SF-268 cell lines in vitro. The culture broth and mycelia extracts were roughly fractionated by Si-gel column chromatography, 20 and 16 fractions were obtained respectively. All the fractions were submitted to cytotoxicity assay. Fractions Fr7, Fr13 (from the culture broth extract) and Fr6', Fr9', Fr13' (from the mycelia extract) were found to be the main potential active parts. This result provided the basis for the fractionation of cytotoxic natural products in the next studies, as well as giving the possibility to develop and utilise the medicinal endophytic fungi from the A. sinensis. |
