中文摘要A new convenient strategy for direct acylation of beta-cyclodextrin on the secondary hydroxyl face was achieved by using the combination of N-benzoylimidazole and carbonate buffer in DMF, and the acyl migration between the C-2 and C-3 hydroxyl groups of beta-cyclodextrin was found.
