| 英文摘要 | Advances in debris flow research abroad had been rapid in 1970s. They find experssion in: (1) The subject is paid extensive attention in the world; (2) The unitive coodination insitutions of many countries play a more important role; (3) Dynamics and kinematics of debris flows have become the focal point of debris flow research; (4) The modernization of measuring and tesing techniques;(5) Laboratory study has become one of the important components of debris flow research; (6) Mapping and dividing of debris flow regions have begun; (7) A lot of publication on debris flow appeared; (8) The relationship between debris flow research and many relevant disciplines is becoming closer and closer; (9) The concept "man-made debris flow" was proposed; and (10) Studies on the prediction and control of debris flows have been further developing. The emphasis of studies henceforth will be put on: (1) The whole process of debris flow and its prediction; (2) Structures of debris flow and its dynamics; (3) The development of new techniques, methods and instruments; (4) Woking out comprehensive measures to control debris flow; (5) The standardisation and normalization of design, construction and use of protective structures against debris flow; (6) The drafting and perfection of the guide to debris flow research; and (7) The information exchanges of debris flow research. |
