英文摘要The energy response function of neutron dosimeter is directly related to the accuracy of its dose monitoring value. Simulation using Monte Carlo software is an effective method to determine the energy response function of neutron dosimeter. Based on the Monte Carlo calculation results, the structure of two kinds of neutron dosimeters suitable for environmental monitoring and radiation field monitoring are determined. The characteristics of high voltage curve and n-γ resolution of the dosimeters are studied experimentally. The experiments are carried out under the single energy neutron source which is generated by accelerator. The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results. © 2017 IEEE.
