Oxidation behaviour of Pt modified aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating on a Ni-based single crystal superalloy

英文摘要 | An aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating and Pt modified aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating were prepared on a Ni-based superalloy. Isothermal and cyclic oxidation behaviour of both coatings were investigated. The Pt modified aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating showed an enhanced oxidation resistance due to the presence of Pt decreasing the oxidation rate and improving the adherence of alumina scale. The addition of Pt in aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating inhibited the phase transformation from beta to gamma'. Besides, the surface rumpling of Pt modified aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating was suppressed as compared to the aluminized NiCrAlYSi coating. |
