沙漠腹地渠道防护工程对地表甲虫多样性的影响

中文摘要采用陷阱法对古尔班通古特沙漠腹地引水渠道防护工程中和原始生境地表甲虫进行了系统调查与取样,分析了防护工程建设对地表甲虫多样性的干扰,以及对地表甲虫时空格局的影响。研究结果如下: 1.荒漠区地表甲虫数量丰富,2007年5月至8月期间,7种生境420个陷阱共捕获甲虫8194头,其中以拟步甲科甲虫为主,占总数的77%。捕获的地表甲虫分属步甲(Carabidae)、拟步甲(Teneberionidae)、象甲(Curculionidae)、金龟甲(Scarabaeidae)、叶甲(Chrysomelidae)、吉丁甲(Buprestidae)、瓢甲(Coccinellidae)、阎甲(Histeridae)和葬甲(Silphidae)等9个科的45个种,其中拟步甲和象甲占多数,各有16种之多。 2. 渠道防护工程对地表甲虫的时空格局有显著性干扰,其中草方格+人工林复合防护体系的影响最大,只有草方格的单纯机械防护体系的影响次之。不同防护体系中地表甲虫个体数量具有显著性差异(F=26.60237,P=0.00000<0.05),其中拟步甲主要分布在原始生境和机械防护体系中,象甲主要分布在复合防护体系中,步甲主要分布在原始生境的背风坡,金龟甲主要分布在原始生境的垄间低地。 3.地表甲虫在5月中旬最繁盛,个体数量和物种数量都达到全年的顶峰,而不同科种的地表甲虫季节动态不尽相同,其中拟步甲科与地表甲虫群落的季节动态较一致,各生境中地表甲虫季节动态无显著性差异。In order to study the disturbance of barrier system engineering along inner desert canal on spatio-temporal pattern of ground dwelling beetles, we investigated the ground dwelling beetles both in barrier system engineering along desert canal and original habitat by pitfall trapping and analyzed the consist and characteristics of the community, family and species. Then we found that: 1.There were abundant ground dwelling beetles from May to August in 2007, which amount to 8194 in 420 pitfall trappings in 7 different habitats and the Teneberionidae is the dominance account for 77%. The tapping beetles could be classified to 45 species in 9 families. They were Carabidae, Teneberionidae, Curculionidae, Scarabaeidae, Chrysomelidae, Buprestidae, Coccinellidae, Histeridae and Silphidae, and the second and the third was 16 species separately. 2.The individual number, species number and biodiversity index of ground dwelling beetles in distinct habitat were significantly different (F=26.60237, P=0.00000<0.05). It showed a close co-relationship between the community and disturbance.The effect of disturbance and slopes on the beetles’ families was different. Teneberionidae lived mostly in original or light-grade disturbed habitats; Curculionidae moved in windward slope disturbed heavily, Carabidae actived in leeward slope of original habitat, and Scarabaeidae distributed in original intervals of dunes. 3.The individual number and species of ground dwelling beetles were at peek in mid- May. The seasonal dynamics of different families and species of ground dwelling beetles was somehow distinct.
