塔里木河中下游地区产业经济分析与产业定位

| 中文摘要 | 产业是地区经挤的重要组成部分，产业发展对于一个地区经济的发展具有举足轻重的作用，选择最优的产业发展路子，构建合理的产业结构，对地区经济发展意义深远。塔里木河中下游地区作为南疆经济较为发达的地区，研究该地区的产业经济发展以及进行产业选择，对于提升该地区的经济实力，带动南疆经济发展具有一定的理论和现实意义。本文共有五部分，其中第三、四部分是本文重点内容。第一章对区域产业经济分析的历史演进进行了总结，并对产业定位的一些基本知识进行了概述。第二章对塔里木河中下游地区进行SWOT分析。通过分析得出区域经济发展的优势有：得天独厚的旅游资源；充足的光热资源；丰富矿产资源。弱势有：区域分工地位的制约；市场环境的制约。机会有：西部大开发战略的实旅：国内经济持续发展；中国的入世。威胁有：自然环境恶劣，生态环境脆弱：人才与技术匾乏。第三章对塔里木河中下游地区进行产业经济分析。主要分三个方面讲行分析：区域发展中的产业经济分析；经济发展水平的定量分析：产业发展的空间经济分析。通过分析得出，塔里木河中下游地区第一产业从1990年开始，出现了突飞猛进的发展，而第二、三产业的发展基本上迟滞不前。对塔里木河中下游她区进行经济水平的定量的分析，从分析结果看犷塔里木河中下游地区总体＿卜势干经济发展的第班等级，处于中等发展水平反＿其中核心研究区尉犁具属于B级。目前，塔里木河游域各市、县经济发展的基本上处于独立的发展状杰，对于夫夹的发展，必须要考虑各县市的协作发展一，因此建立空间经济系统只是一个时间问题。第四章对塔里木河中下游地区经济发展进行产业定位。分别对塔里木河中下游地区农业、工业发展进行产业选择，最后对核心研究区尉犁县进行经济分析与产业定位，并提出今后产业发展的方向与对策。通过分析，塔里木河中下游地区未来发展农业产业有：棉花产业、优质畜牧业、林果业、经济小作物，石油工业、非金属矿采选业、纺织业、食品加工业：尉犁县未来发展的产业有：棉荻产－业、梨产业、以山羊为主的畜牧产业，以非金属矿采选以及医药、塑料为主的工业。第五章是文章的讨论与结论部分。简要列出了文章的研究结果，并提出文章进一步提高的思路。The industries are important constituent parts of the regional economy. The development of industries has the prominent function for the development of regional economy. Choosing superior industries road and setting up reasonable industrial structure have profound meaning to the regional economy. The Middle and Lower Reaches of Tarim is the relatively developed region of southern Xinjiang. Studying the development of industries and proceeding industrials choice of this region have a theoretical and realistic meaning for arousing the economic strength and driving the economic development of southern Xinjiang. There are five parts in the paper, the main contents focus on Chapter Three and Chapter Four. Chapter one: Summarized the history of the regional economic analysis and the basic knowledge to the industry orientation. Chapter Two: Analyzed SWOT of The Middle and Lower reaches of Tarim. By the analysis we can find, the strength: abundant tour resources, ample hot and light resources, and Plentiful mineral resources; The weakness: the restrict of district share and the market environment; The opportunity: the strategies of western development, the developing of national economy, and the entrance to WTO; The threat: the bad nature environment, the weak ecosystem environment, and the short of talented person and technique. Chapter Three: Analyzed industry economy on the Middle and Lower reaches of Tarim. The analyses include three primary aspects: the industry economic analysis of district development; the quantitative analysis of developmental level; and the analysis of special economy. Through the analysis, we can find the first industry develop rapidly from 1990's, but the second and third industry develop slowly. From the result of the quantificational analysis of Xinjiang, the economy level of the middle and lower of Tarim are placed in III grade, is the middling level in Xinjiang, and the core area-Yuli county belongs to the B class. At present, the cities and counties of the reaches of Tarim develop independently, but in the future, each county and city will be cooperate each other, therefore the cities and counties of this region will be establish the special economy system inevitably. Chapter Four: Had industry orientation on the Middle and Lower reaches of Tarim. Respectively had industry choice of agriculture and industry, finally had industry economic analysis and industry orientation of the core area - Yuli county, and brought forward the direction and strategies of development of industry. Through the analyses, the preponderant industries of the middle and lower reaches of Tarim are: cotton industry, high-quality animal husbandry, forestry, economy crops; petroleum industry, nonmetal minerals mining and dressing, textile industry, food manufacturing. Cotton industry, pear industry, animal husbandry, nonmetal minerals mining and dressing, medical and pharmaceutical products, plastic products will be developed as the preponderant industries in the future. Chapter Five: This part is discussion and conclusion for this article. The synopsis listed the article's the result of research, and brought forward the way of the further exaltation. |
