英文摘要 | A simplified dynamic model employing a velocity reset method is proposed to describe the dynamic process of nano-cluster growth in vapour-phase at high temperature. As an instance here, this model is applied to simulate the cage-shaping of carbon atoms, providing some interesting information which is found to be in better agreement with relevant experimental observations. |
