First evidence for a new spontaneous fission decay produced in the reaction Si-30+U-238

| 英文摘要 | The first evidence for a new spontaneous fission decay has been observed in the evaporation residues for the reaction Si-30 + U-238 at the bombarding energy of 158 MeV. The measured half-life is 54(-21)(+98) s and the production cross section is 180(-120)(+240) pb. The observed spontaneous fission decay is a possible candidate for the spontaneous fission decay of (264)Sg or (263)Db after the beta-decay of (263)Sg. |
