英文摘要Y1.6Ca1.4V0.45Sn0.5Fe4.05O12 was irradiated by 0.56 GeV C6+ ions. The point defects induced by irradiation were detected by positron annihilation technique and high-resolution electron microscopy. The lattice constant of the sample was found to increase after the irradiation. The irradiation results in an isotropic distribution of the hyperfine magnetic field. The [Fe3+, O-4(2-)](d) tetrahedral is found to be more strongly affected by irradiation than the [Fe3+, O-6(2-)](a) octahedral. The existence [Fe3+, O-3(2-)](d) and [Fe3+, O-5(2-)](a) decreases both the superexchange field and the hyperfine magnetic field.
