SHELL EFFECT IN SYNTHESIS OF SUPERHEAVY NUCLEI

英文摘要The improved isospin dependent quantum molecular dynamics model which includes the shell correction and switch function method is employed to study the synthesis of super-heavy nuclei. The shell effect on a fusion process is investigated for S-32+Pb-208 system. For heavy reaction systems Ca-48+Sm-154 and S-32+Pb-208, the theoretical calculations of fusion cross section are in agreement with the experimental data. The nucleus-nucleus interaction potential is also calculated, and compared with the proximity potential as well.
