英文摘要 | The development and debugging on the wide-band RF power supply of RFQ1L, one of the most important sections of the SHANS, were introduced. The result shows that the performance of the power supply matches the requirements. Its frequency can be regulated consecutively from 40 kHz up to 1000 kHz, and the phase difference between the two outputs and the output voltages can satisfy the commissioning of the RFQ1L. |
