| 英文摘要 | A new type composite circuit consisted of a charge sensitive preamplifier, a part of shaping and peak- and-hold developed by us was described in the paper. This circuit fulfill preamplifying, amplifying and shaping and peak- and hold for signals from detector before sampling and data processing by succeeding circuits. The shaping time and gain of amplifier were adjuctable at 0.5μs; 1μs; 2μs and × 10; × 100 respectively. This circuit have advantages of low noise, small size, simply circuit structure and low cost etc. |
