英文摘要 | A method of using metal tube to enhance the beam intensities of high charge state ions in ECR2 ion source was introduced. It was found in the tests that the enhancement effect of aluminum tube is better than that of Zr tube; by using an aluminum tube, the Ar8+ ions beam intensity can be enhanced from 245 μA to 330 μA, Ar9+ ions beam intensity from 125 μA to 150 μA as compared with that using Zr tube. |
