Time and energy calibration of Si-telescope by using secondary beam

| 英文摘要 | This method and experimental results were introduced taking silicon detector as example. The time and energy calibration of the silicon detector had been done by using the secondary beam from 16O at 95 MeV/u in a α spectrometer and beam line of GANIL, France. In experiment seven silicon telescopes were calibrated. Their areas, thickness and positions in scattering chamber were listed. The scattering plot of energy loss ΔE versus energy E for telescope No.3, its energy calibration plot and the time spectrum for 16O particle were also given. The results prove that the secondary beam can be used to calibrate the detector satisfactorily because of its long flight distance and a variety of secondary particles. |
