英文摘要 | An IC+PSSD (position sensitive silicon detector) telescope for the identification of heavy ion reaction products at low energy was developed. The telescope consists of an ionization chamber for the measurement of specific energy loss ΔE and a two-dimensional PSSD with the effective area of 45×45 mm2 and thickness of 45 μm for the measurement of the residual energy E.
