英文摘要A ▵E-E telescope detector composed of a BGO (Bi4Ge3O12) crystal and a penetrated Si(Au) detector had been developed to identify the charged particles during the experiments of heavy ion with moderate energy. In the telescope detector a BGO crystal with 5cm long and 2cm diameter was used. The results show that this detector can clearly identify particles, such as p, d, t, 3He, alpya, Li etc. It indicates that BGO crystal has high stopping power and this telescope detector is of high ability for particle identification.
