| 英文摘要 | The yields of ionized argon atoms induced by 170MeV S~9+ ion impacts werestudied by using time-of-flight technique. The experimental yields of recoil Ar ionswere compared with the theoretical results of n-body classical trajectory MonteCarlo(nCTMC) method it was found that the nCTMC underestimated the yields ofhigher charge states of recoil ions. |
