| 英文摘要 | The relationships between sperm lipid per-oxidation (LP) or cyclic nucleotides and sperm motility in normospermic and asthenozoospermic specimens were analyzed. Sperm motility was measured by the transmembrane migration method; LP was measured by thiobarbituric acid (TBA) method and the intracellular cAMP and cGMP contents was measured by radioim-munoassay in 20 fertile and 20 asthenozoospermic infertile human semen specimens.
