| 英文摘要 | Based on the tight-binding molecular dynamics simulations, the structural property for Na 4, Na 8 and Na 20 clusters is analysed at finite temperature. One find the transition from solid like phase to liquid like phase in the temperature range 150K 250K from the analyses of the averaged nearest neighbor distance and the radial density distribution of the clusters. |
