| 英文摘要 | The deuterium molecular ion, which is consisted of three deuterons and forms as a small cluster, was used to study the cluster effect in the atomic interaction in solid. The molecular ion beam (cluster deuterons d + 3 ) and mono-atomic ion (single deuteron d +) were alternatively implanted into a palladium target.
