英文摘要We have experimental investigated sputtering ions of similar to MeV Bi-209(25+, 28+) collision with metal surfaces by 127 degrees electrostatic coaxial cylindrical energy spectrometer, which enabled us to measure energy spectrum fast over energy of sputtering ions from 0 to 3.5 keV. The results show unprecedented details on the reaction dynamics.
