英文摘要 | A new probe specific for singlet oxygen (O-1(2)) was designed by incorporating the reactive anthracene moiety into a rhodamine fluorophore. The new probe displayed selective and sensitive response to O-1(2), and it was further applied in a biological system to trace the endogenous O-1(2) in Hela cells. |
