| 英文摘要 | MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small (typically 22 nucleotides in length) regulatory RNA molecules, which play important roles in diverse biological processes by binding to the 3'-untranslated region of their target mRNAs. Identification of new miRNAs and development of their function in cancer therapy as well as other research fields have been reported from time to time since 2000. The latest progress in the identification of novel miRNAs and the potential application of radiation-related miRNAs, which have been achieved in Department of Space Radiobiology, Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academic of Science, is reviewed in this paper. |
