英文摘要The perpendicularmagneticanisotropy(PMA)ofaseriesoftopMgO/CoFeB/Wstackswerestudied.In these stacks,thethicknessofCoFeBislimitedinarangeof1.1–2.2 nm.Itwasfoundthatthestackcan still maintainPMAina1.9nmthickCoFeBfreelayer.Besides,weinvestigatedthethermalstabilityfactor Δ of aspintransfertorquemagneticrandomaccessmemory(STT-MRAM)byinsertinganultra-thinW film of0.8nmbetweentwoCoFeB films.
