学术电子图书联盟模式-大中华地区英文图书采购的多重案例研究

| 中文摘要 | 本文简介香港城市大学邵逸夫图书馆与ERALL(香港8所大学图书馆)、Cicada(香港与台湾48所大学图书馆)以及CASHL(香港与大陆15所大学图书馆)的案例。透过多重案例研究,提出跨校学术电子图书联盟的运行模式,包括:(1)对采购对象的讨论;(2)对每一电子图书供货商所提出之价格、质量和内容的调查;(3)对权限、回溯年份、刊物数量的谈判;(4)组团;(5)选书;(6)推广教育;(7)技术报告;(8)研讨会;(9)不同地区的人力成本等因素。建议未来研究:重组图书馆人力与业务以提升整合纸本图书、电子图书、纸本期刊、电子期刊的服务。对图书馆员和图书供货商而言,这份调查或可作为发展馆际合作、联合采购与相关服务的重要参考。The article introduces the cases of the Run Run Shaw Library of City University of Hong Kong with ERALL ( 8 university libraries in Hong Kong) , Cicada Super eBook Consortium ( 48 university libraries in Hong Kong and Taiwan) and CASHL (15 university libraries in Hong Kong and China mainland) . By the multi case study, a pattern of cross universities of academic e-book consortium was proposed including: ( 1) the discussion of the procurement objects; (2) the investigation of the price, quality and content of each e-book supplier; ( 3) the negotiations of permissions, retrospective years, copy numbers;( 4)group establishment; (5) the selection books; (6) promotion education; (7) technical reports; (8) seminars; (9) the cost of human resources in different regions. The suggestion is to study the library's manpower and business for the improvement of the integrated P-books, E-books, P-journals and E-journal services in future. For librarians and book venders, this survey may provide important reference for developing their interlibrary cooperation, joint procurement and interrelated services. |
