| 中文摘要 | the s&t libraries are the important parts of the chinese libraries; most of them are affiliated with scientific institutes or industrial establishments in china. one of the missions of those libraries is to provide information services for the decision-makers of science and technology policies. there are several types of policy-making information services, such as the information alerting, analysis of subjects and topics, analysis of scientific fields for the strategy management, analysis of science policies and scientific strategies, managerial issues research of science and technology in the institute or industrial sectors. many libraries in china have engaged in those, chief among them are the library of chinese academy of sciences, of chinese academy of medical sciences, of chinese academy of agricultural sciences, and of institute of science and technology information of china, etc., and have played important roles in the countries’ s&t policy-making and related investigations. |
