创建与使用型人以优化机构知识库—基于文献计量的实证研究

| 中文摘要 | 为扩展JISC用户行为观察研究报告的研究范围、增加机构知识库的作用、以及创新图书馆服务，分析了香港城市大学经济与金融学系的论文。结果是作者有不同的特征和习惯，他们需要不同程度的建议和信息服务。结论是采用书目计量的方法以分析机构知识库是创建与使用型人(多重用户模型)来扩展知识服务的新取向之一，而它可能帮助增加机构知识库的使用率。For expending the research field of “JISC User Behavior Observatoinal Study” report, adding the funcation of institution repository (IR) and innovating library service, the dissertations of economic and business colleage in the City University of Hong Kong were analysis.The result is there are different authors who need different level suggestions and information services. The conclusion is that using bibliomtric to analysis the content of IR is one of new approachs to creating and using personas（multi-user model） for expending knowledge service and it maybe help add the using rate of IR. |
