中文摘要 | 低频大功率宽带水声发射系统是现代水下声源发展的方向,然而作为系统关键部件的低频换能器由于要考虑到发射效率,QM值必须足够的高这势必造成低频换能器的带宽比较窄,从而影响了整个声发射系统的带宽。近年来随着水下通信的迅速发展,保证所发射的诸如编码和短脉冲等宽带信号的保真度,解决窄带换能器的宽带发射的问题成为一个迫在眉睫的任务。本文从压电陶瓷环的机电状态方程出发,推导出了换能器的一个自由度线性振子模型,并从中得到换能器的等效电路。然后利用测出的换能器导纳数据,通过最小二乘法拟合出等效电路参数。在得到等效电路模型的前提下本论文主要讨论了在功放和换能器之间设计匹配电路和瞬态抑制两种解决窄带换能器的宽带发射的方案,前者将换能器作为一个带通滤波器进行分析,利用滤波器综合设计理论确定匹配网络的拓扑结构及器件值;后者将换能器近似为一线性振子模型,着重于从时域分析,将瞬态分量从完全响应中分离出来,再用一脉冲激励换能器,使之对应的响应与正弦激励的响应中的瞬态分量相位相反,幅度相等,从而在输出端得到无瞬态的正弦脉冲。总之本文所作的工作都是致力于实现窄带换能器的宽带发射,并给出了仿真和实验结果。希望能对低频宽带水声发射系统的设计给出一定帮助。 |
英文摘要 | Low-frequency, high-power and broadband projector is the trend of development of underwater source,however, with a view to the efficiency of the low-frequency transducer as the key component, the value of mechanical QM -factor have to be high. It dicates the band of low-frequency transducer conventionally is narrow. In recent years, with the advancement of underwater communication, improving the fidelity of broadband signals such as coding and short pulse becomes a practical problem, we must give the resolution of emission of broadband signals of narrow-band transducers immediately. The single-degree-of-freedom linear resonator model of transducers can be derived from piezoelectricity equation. From the model the equivalent circuit of transducers is gotten. Using the admittance data, the parameters of equivalent circuit can be caculated by use of least-square fitting method. This article mainly discusses two methods.One is designing matching circuits between transducers and amplifiers, the other is transient suppression. The former views the transducer as a band-pass filter to analyse. In virtue of filter synthesis theory the structure and values of can be confirmed. Recuring to the single-degree-of-freedom linear resonator model the latter mainly analyses signals in time domain which separates transient ponderance from entire response. Using a transient signal whose response'amplitude is equal and phase is reversed to the transient response of sine wave driving signal to drive tansducers, pure sine output signal without transient ponderance can be gained. In conclusion this paper dedicates to realizing the emission of broadband signals of narrow-band transducers and gives the result of simulation and experiment. It is lucky if the work could offer help for designing low-freqency, high-power, broadband underwater source. |
