中文摘要 | 波束形成器是现代声呐信号处理系统的核心部件之一,它可以对空间目标信号进行空域滤波抑制干扰与噪声,获得足够大的输出信干噪比SINR,有利于对目标信号进行检测;此外还可以获得高分辨目标分辨力,有助于对目标信号方位进行测向。波束形成技术经过迅猛发展之后,已经完成由模拟到数字、由时域到频域、由经典预波束形成向自适应波束形成和盲波束形成的过渡。在波束形成算法理论日趋完善的前提下,如何提高算法的鲁棒性以便于工程实现则成为该领域内的研究热点。本文主要对水声阵列信号处理中的鲁棒自适应盲波束形成算法进行了研究。首先从阵列信号处理的观点出发介绍了波束形成基本理论及相关基本概念,以及现代声呐系统中所常用的常规数字波束形成;接下来对最小方差无畸变相应MVDR自适应波束形成算法及其相应的改进型算法进行了推导,并通过大量的计算机仿真实验分析了算法性能,验证了算法的优缺点;随后重点研究了自适应波束形成算法的鲁棒性方法,介绍了传统对角线加载技术,详细推导了最近两年取得巨大研究进展的基于边界误差性能最优(WCPO)准则的波束形成鲁棒性方法,并通过仿真实验对各种鲁棒性方法的性能进行了对比验证。最后,作者将基于WCPO准则的鲁棒性方法分别推广应用于高阶累积量盲波束形成算法和信号周期平稳性(CAB)盲波束形成算法,取得了两点创新成果:一是将WCPO准则与高阶累积量盲波束形成算法相结核设计了一种新的改进鲁棒性的四阶累积量盲波束形成算法,即WCPO一RCUM算法;二是将WCPO准则推广应用于CAB类盲波束形成算法,提出了一种新的改善鲁棒性的CAB类盲波束形成算法,WCPO一CAB算法。并通过计算机仿真实验验证了这两种新算法的正确性和有效性。在理论上,对解决减小盲波束形成算法的采样快拍数与性能损失之间的矛盾进行了有益的探索。 |
英文摘要 | Beamformer is one of the core components in the system of modern Sonar signal processing, it can be used as spatial matched filter by which jamming signals and noise signals eliminated from the spatial signal of interest. Then, the higher SINR is output, and it becomes much easier to detect the signal of interest. What's more, beamformer is helpful to get higher angle resolution to find the direction of the signal of interest. After fast development, beamformer has finished the transformation from analog into digital, from time domain into frequency domain, from classic project beamformer into adaptive beamformer and blind beamformer. Now, the theory of beamforming has become very perfect, however, how to improve the robustness of the algorithm in practical work is becoming popular in this field. This paper is based on one important defense project and studies the algorithm of beamfoming in acoustic array signal processing. First author introduced the basic theory and conception of beamforming on the view of signal processing, and introduced the conventional beamformer that was often used in some modern digital Sonar system. Subsequently, MVDR algorithm and its improved algorithm were particularly deduced, and several simulation experiments were used to demonstrate the performance. Then, the robust method of adaptive beamforming was discussed. Besides the traditional diagonal loading method, author mainly dissertated the new robust method based on WCPO (Worst-case performance optimization) , and compared the performance of different methods. At last, the author combined the new robust method based on WCPO with CUM and CAB blind beamforming algorithm, and provided two new blind beamforming algorithm which were proved in robustness. The two new algorithm were WCPO-CUM and WCPO-CAB, whose feasibility and effectiveness were showed on computer. The author made a useful research in theory on how to overcome the contradiction between the small sampling size and algorithm's performance, which just is the contribution of this paper. |
