MULTIQUARK EXOTICS STUDY

英文摘要We propose and study a tetra-quark state with a cyclobutadiene-like color structure, based on a color string model. Calculation with quadratic confinement and multi-string junctions shows that such a state has a ground state energy similar to that of other hidden color, tetra-quark states proposed so far. By including one-gluon exchange and one-Goldstone exchange potentials, and under the constraint of giving a good description of the meson spectroscopy, the calculation shows that Y(2175) may be a tetraquark state ss (s) over bar(s) over bar. The theoretical mass is about 2178 MeV, which is very close to the experimental value. The present work emphasizes that the multi-body interactions are important for multiquark systems.
