英文摘要The thesis mainly contains five chapters, in which the chemical constituents of six plants, Paeonia delavayi Franch., Paeonia veitchii Lynch, and Paeonia suffruticosa Andr., Tylopilus plumbeoviolaceus, Crepis napifera, Toricellia angulata have been researched. Eighty-three compounds were isolated and identified, including twenty new compounds. These compounds covered monoterpenes, monoterpene glycosides, sesquiterpene glycosides, triterpenoids and glycosides, ergosterols, flavanones and glycosides, nucleosides, phenylpropanoid glycosides and aromatic derivatives. 1. Chemical Constituents from Three Paeonia Plants The root cortex of the genus Paeonia plants is an important crude drug used in Chinese traditional medicine as an analgesic, sedative and anti-inflammatory agent. It is also frequently used as a remedy for cardiovarscular, hypertension, extravasated blood, stagnated blood, and female diseases in traditional oriental medicine. This chapter detailed the chemical constituents of Paeonia delavayi Franch., Paeonia veitchii Lynch, and Paeonia suffruticosa Andr., respectively. Thirty-two compounds were isolated from the root cortex of Paeonia delavayi, mainly including monoterpenes and glycosides, triterpenoids and benzoyl derivatives. They were 9-hydroxy-paeonilactone-A (1), 4-O-ethyl-paeoniflorin (2), paeoniflorin (3), oxypaeoniflorin (4), benzoylpaeoniflorin (5), benzoyloxypaeoniflorin (6),' 6'-0-benzoyl-4"-hydroxy-3"-methoxy-paeoniflorin (7), 4-<9-methyl-4"-hydroxy-3 "-methoxy-paeoniflorin (8), albiflorin (9), paeonivayin 1 (10), 6'-Obenzoylalbiflorin (11), paeoniflorigenone (12), paeonisuffral (13a, 13b), paeonilide (14), paeoninside (15), palbinone (16), 3/?, Afi, 23-trihydroxy-24, 30-dinorolean-12, 20 (29)-dien-28-oic acid (17) bederagenin (18), aijunglucoside II (19), daucosterol (20), 3, 7-dimethoxy quercitrin (21), astragalin" (22), methyl gallate (23), 3-methoxy-4-hydroxy methyl-benzoate (24), 3, 5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy methylbenzoate (25), syringic acid (26), vanillic acid (27), benzoic acid (28), ohydroxy benzoic acid (-29), p-hydtoxy benzoic acid (30), palmitic acid-2, 3-dihydroxy-propanenyl ester (31), 2-hydroxy-l-linoleic acid-3-palmitic acid-propanenyl ester (32). Among them, compounds 1,2, 7, 8,11,15,17 are new. Thirteen compounds were obtained from the Chinese traditional medicine P. veitchii, including monoterpenoids, nortriterpenoids and aromatic derivatives. They were acetoxypaeoniflorin (1), paeoniveitone (2), akebonic acid (3), 3^-hydroxy-24, 30-dinorolean-4 (23), 12, 20 (29)-trien-28-oic acid (paeonenolide A, 4), 3# 4y3-dihydroxy-24, 30-dinorolean-12, 20 (29)-dien-28-oic acid (paeonenolide B, 5), paeonenolide C (6), lla, 12a-epoxy-3p, 4p, 23-trihydroxy-24, 30-dinorolean-20 (29)-en-28, 13p-olide (paeonenolide D, 7), paeonenolide E (8), paeonenolide F (9), paeonenolide G (10), bis (2-hydroxy-benzyl) ether (11), 2-hydroxy-4, 5-dimethyl-benzoic acid (12), 2-hydroxy-benzyl alcohol (13). Among them, compound 1 is a new monoterpene glycoside, compound 2 is a new monoterpenoid, and compounds 4-10 are seven new nortriterpenoids. Nine compounds were isolated from the Chinese medicine P. suffruticosa (Mudanpi). They were determined as betulinic acid (1), betulin (2), oleanolic acid (3), 3
