中文摘要 | 天南星科芋属植物(Colocasia Schott)是天南星科中最重要的经济植物之一本论文主要刘"国产天南星科芋属植物(8种的材料采自于云南、l种采自台湾)进行了形态学、分类学、细胞学(染色体记数)、民族植物学等方面研究,主要研究结果如下:1.形态学和分类学基本上查清了中国芋属植物的种类及地理分布。在查阅资料、观察标本、野、外采集的基础上,对所研究种类进行了形态学比较分析,发现一新种-双色芋C.bicolor C.L.Long et L. M. Cao. 2.细胞学,本文共做了9种(含1变种)芋属植物的染色体记数。结果如下:(1)芋(C.esculenta)2n=2X=28;(2)山芋(C.konishii)2n=2X=28;(3)双色芋(C.bicolor)2n=2X=28;(4)龚氏芋(C.gongii)2n=2X=28;(5)大野芋(C.gigantea)2n=2X28;(6)李氏香芋(C.lihengiae)2n=2X=28;(7)紫杆芋(C.lihengiae C.L.Long et K.M.Liu var.nigra)Zn=3X=42;(8)异色芋(C.heterochronia)2n=28;(9)贡山芋(C.gaoligongensis)Zn=28。其中山芋Zn:28;双色芋2n=28;紫杆芋2n=3X=42;异色芋2n=28;贡山芋2n=28均为首次报道。本文在前人工作的基础上,讨论了芋属植物染色体倍性及其原始基数,并推测我国云南及其邻近地区极有可能是芋属植物多样化中心和分布中心。3.民族植物学利用民族植物学方法在原住民社区对芋属植物进行研究,采集了大部分芋属植物证据标本和活栽培材料,为芋属植物种质资源收集提供了第一手材料,同时了解到芋属植物与当地居民饮食文化的关系以及对当地社区经济和居民生活水平的影响,并结合当地的自然条件,提出合理利用芋属植物资源的建议。首次对我国云南各地各少数民族使用芋属植物进行了编目。 |
英文摘要 | Colocasia Schott is one of the most important plant groups in the family Araceae. This paper mainly deals with the morphology, taxonomy, cytology and ethnobotany of Colocasia Schott (Araceae) from China (totally 9 species occurring from the country, of which 8 are from Yunnan and 1 from Taiwan). The results are summarized as follows: 1. Morphology The species and their geographical distribution in the genus Colocasia Schott has been studied. The morphological characteristics of each species studied are described carefully through the approaches of specimen examination, field investigation and observation of living collections. Anew species Colocasia bicolor C. L. Long et L. M. Cao was described and illustrated based on this study. 2. Cytology The somatic chromosome numbers of 9 species of Colocasia taxa are reported, The results are as follows: C. esculenta Schott 2n=28; C. konishii Hayata 2n=28; C. bicolor C. L. Long et L. M. Cao 2n=28; C. gongii C. L. Long et H. Li 2n=28; C. gigantea (Blume) Hook f. 2n=28; C. lihengiae C. L. Long et K. M. Liu 2n=28; C. lihengiae C. L. Long et K. M. Liu var. nigra C. L. Long 2n=3X=42; C. heterochroma H. Li et Z. X. Wei 2n=28; and C. gaoligongensis H. Li et C. L. Long 2n=28. Their somatic chromosome numbers are reported here for the first time except those of C. gigantea, C. esculenta, C, gongii and C. lihengiae. The chromosomal ploidy and the original basic number in the genus Colocasia were discussed, which may provide evidences to support that Yunnan Province and its vicinity may be the diversity and distribution center of Colocasia Sehott. 3. Ethnobotany In tliis study, most of vouchers and living plant materials in Colocasia Schott were collected by ethnobotanical and anthropological methods in the aboriginal communities, ethnobotanical research results provide the first hand material for germplasm resources collection of the genus Colocasia. The relationship between the people and their edible culture, and the influence on their economic and living standard of people were investigated. Suggestions are proposed in terms of the conservation and utilization of Colocasia germplasm resources. The indigenous knowledge of the genus Colocasia among different minorities in Yunnan is documented here for the first time. |
