丛枝菌根真菌、ABA、硫对棉花生长及其磷素吸收影响研究

中文摘要 | 本文通过室内试验,盆栽与两室隔网根箱(两室隔网根箱即:用网将一长方体的盒子分为两部分,种棉花的部分称为根室,另一部分称为菌丝室。棉花根部不能通过隔网进入菌丝室,而真菌菌丝可以通过隔网生长到根室。)相结合的方式栽培棉花 ,研究丛枝菌根真菌Gm(Glomus mosseae)、ABA以及S素处理对棉花的生长、P素的吸收、土壤pH值以及土壤有效磷含量的影响。试验结果如下:通过接种Gm真菌,所得结果如下:(1)不施P肥,但接种Gm真菌时,棉花的生长势没有显著差异,但棉株地上部P含量显著高于无接种的处理;(2) 施KH2PO4,同时接种Gm真菌时,棉株地上部P素含量显著提高,并显著促进棉花生长势;(3)施用植酸钠,并接种Gm菌时,对棉花生长势和地上部P素含量均无显著影响;(4)接种Gm真菌,土壤有效P的含量为磷酸二氢钾>植酸钠>对照。磷素形态对Gm 真菌的侵染率无显著影响。不施磷肥 Gm真菌的侵染率要显著高于施用磷酸二氢钾、植酸钠磷肥的处理,这说明:土壤P素含量较低时有利于Gm真菌对棉花根系的侵染。通过盆栽试验研究ABA浸种对棉花生长和P素吸收的影响,所得结果如下:棉苗的出苗时间随着ABA溶液浓度的升高而延长,棉株地上部的吸P量和含P量也随着ABA溶液浓度的升高而减少;当ABA溶液浓度较低时,对棉花的生长和P素的吸收无显著影响。 通过硫磺发现:S素仅对根室土壤的pH值具有降低作用,而对棉花的生长势、P素吸收均无显著影响。关键词:丛枝菌根真菌,棉花,脱落酸,硫磺In this article, Through the integrate means to study the effects of inoculating GM fungi ,soak cotton seed with ABA solution and applying sulfur on cotton growth , phosphorus absorbed by cotton and the changes of degree and valuable phosphorus in soil. The results of experiment indicated as follows: when without adding phosphorus fertilizer, the treatment of inoculated with the Gm fungi could not significantly increase the growth power of cotton ,but could significantly increase the phosphorus concentration of cotton . Under the condition of adding KH2P04, the treatment of inoculate with the Gm fungi could significantly increase both the growth power of cotton and the phosphorus concentration of cotton. when adding Na-ytate , the treatment of inoculate with the Gm fungi could not change the growth power of cotton and the phosphorus concentration of cotton . The concentration of available phosphorus in plant compartment is in an order:KH2P04> Na-ytate >Ck.The forms of phosphorus can not significantly affect of inoculation efficiency of Gm. When without adding phosphorus ,The inoculation efficiency was significantly high than the treatments of adding KH2P04,Na-ytate ,which can shed light on the Gm fungi is in favor of increasing the inoculation efficiency to root of cotton under the condition of relatively low available phosphorus concentration of soil. The results of soak cotton seed with ABA solutions indicated that: The day of seedling is increased almost two days, phosphorus content of cotton and quantity of phosphorus absorbed by cotton are significantly decreased, and at the same time , the growth of cotton is restrained obviously due to above factors. All the factors illuminated as above throw light on that the cotton’s growth and phosphorus absorbed by cotton are decreased significantly as the density of ABA solution is high; while as the density of ABA solution is low ,which does not affect the cotton’s growth and usage of phosphorus. The results of applying sulfur: the sulfur does not affect the cotton except decrease the degree of soil. Key words:Arbuscular mycorrhiza fungi, Cotton, ABA,sulfur |
