北疆铁路沿线城市现代物流研究初探

中文摘要 | 在经济全球化和经济,一体化的今天,现代物流经济作为一种新型的经济形式产生,核心思想是一种综合集成,总成本管理和客户至上的思想,集中体现其高效、快捷、节约成本的特点。在发达国家现代物流己经向供应链一体化的方向发展,体现的是一种企业行为。在我国,虽然已经成为国民经济和社会发展的重要领域,但发展水平较低。然而发展现代物流意义深远,因为从宏观经济运行效益的角度看,它可通过加快流通速度和提高流通.质量来提升区域竞争力;从微观企业运营的角度来看,它可帮助企业建立基于顾客多元化和个性化服务的快速响应体系的要求,提高市场竞争力。新疆富含国家战略性的资源,北疆铁路承担着我国大宗物资的运输,其沿线是新疆经济基础最好的城市密集区,发展物流经济意义重大。然而如何根据区域的自然条件和社会经济发展潜力来优化组织本区域物流空间体系,建立符合现代技术条件、经济和时间效益目标的地域物流网络系统是现代物流发展的关键,因此本论文对其物流节点和物流通道构成的物流网络研究成为研究重点。论文内容主要有四部分:第一部分是基础理论部分。阐述了现代物流的基本内涵和核心理念,比较了传统物流和现代物流的异同点,对物流发展阶段、物流产业的效益、物流网络空间演变及动力机制、我国和新疆物流发展状况等方面的内容进行探讨、分析。第.二部分是物流空间格局和布局研究,内容包括三、四章内容,是本文的重点。首先采用客观赋权重法中的嫡法确定权重,并进行聚类分析,得出新疆物流经济在西部省区处于二类区的地位,将其定位为西北地区的物流中心,西部省区的二级物流节点。然后分析了影响北铁沿线物流空间格局的因素,对北疆铁路沿线11城市物流的空间格局进行分析,综合分析得出北疆铁路沿线11个城市在空间上形成的宾冤物流格琦味、即①乌鲁木齐都市圈的一级节点区域,也是西北地区物流活动的核心区域,该都市圈的市县在经济联系上优势互补,在城市区域上延伸连片,物流活动频繁,物流形式多样。物流活动通过北疆铁路交通经济带形式辐射全疆乃圣我国的西北地区;②奎(奎屯)一克(克拉玛依)一乌(乌苏)金三角区域的二级物流节点区域,③北铁沿线西部地段的伊犁、塔城、博乐等口岸区域物流节点,这三大物流节点构成了北疆铁路沿线物流发展的空间格局,代表其发展趋势。最后对三大节点区域核心区发展物流进行研究阐述。第三部分是对加快现代物流发展所需的北铁沿线物流通道建设改进、物流技术应用、物流管理、人才培养等方面内容提出的建议和意见。第四部分是本文的结论与讨论部分。 Logistics economy have formed a new economic type under the economic globalization and integrative economy, It focuses on a form of all-around integration, embody a kind of idea about the total-cost management and client-priori efficiency ^ shortcut economical cost. In overseas the modern logistics have tended to integrate of supply chain and is a kind of enterprise action. In the home, although, which play a important role in national economy and society development. It just has a low developing level. However, it has a deep signification, From macro-economy benefit, it can quicken circulation , improve circulating-quality and region competition. From micro-economy, it is help for building multi-client and individuate- service, improving marketing-competition. Xinjiang province is enriching in lots of national strategic resources, North Xinjiang Railway takes on a large amount national material, and it is critical and significant to foster and develop logistics economy. However, How to optimize and organize special system of the region logistics based on nature condition and social economic develop potential of the region, set up the regional logistics net, which is fitted for modem technique condition, economy and time benefit target. These are all critical for modem logistics development. So the logistics net, which included logistics node and channels, is focused on. The context mainly compose of four parts: the first part is basic theory, introduce logistics meaning and nuclear idea, comparing with traditional and modern logistics, researching the development phase, the logistics industry efficiency, the outcome of. logistics net and drive mechanism, the level of logistics about our country and Xinjiang province; The second part is logistics spatial structure and position, which is the main part in the paper. Firstly, the outcome is obtain about Xinjiang logistics economy in west 12 province through some math method, locate Xinjiang the core of the north- west region and the second logistics node in our country; analyze and obtain the influencing facts , three main special pattern about the 11 cities along north Xinjiang railway, namely: ?the first rating node region- Urumqi metropolis: in this area , the mutual complementarities in economic relation, active and various logistics action , logistics actions radiate all Xinjiang and the north-west region of our country through the north Xinjiang railway translating economic strap; (§) the golden triangle region ,which include Kuitun, Kelamayi, Wusti, it is the second rating node; (3) the port logistic node region . Three main nodes make up the logistics spatial pattern of north Xinjiang railway region and deputy the trend of the region. The third part: expatiate some requirement that can promote modern logistics development, such as logistics channels building and improvement, the using of logistics technology , logistics management , logistics person resource cultivating. The forth part is the paper's conclusion and discussion. |
