城郊休闲农业空间布局与社区参与式经营管理模式研究——以阜康市为例

| 中文摘要 | 近年来，随着社会经济的快速发展，休闲农业在我国已悄然兴起。城郊由于其得天独厚的区位优势和资源优势，已经成为人们外出休闲的首选。城郊休闲农业是在一定时期和一定历史条件下社会、经济、文化、环境等多方面综合影响下发展起来的。城郊休闲农业的发展，有利于文化交流、信息传播，有利于城郊的资金流入，对促进城郊经济发展、提高人口素质有显著作用，一方面为城市旅游的发展开拓了一个广阔的活动空间和交流平台，另一方面也对城郊地区社会、经济、文化的发展起到了良好的促进作用。论文试图通过对乌鲁木齐都市圈城郊休闲农业（区）点进行调研与分析，并以阜康市为案例研究对象，在此基础上归纳城郊休闲农业的空间布局与社区参与式经营管理模式。主要研究内容包括：1）在整理国内外城郊休闲农业发展及研究的基础上确定论文研究对象和范围，建立论文研究的基本框架；2）分析当前城郊休闲农业兴起的背景、城郊休闲农业的特点、类型与模式、空间布局，并分析了乌鲁木齐都市圈城郊休闲农业的空间分形特征；3）应用层次分析法，建立了针对休闲农业开发的资源条件、开发条件和旅游条件的定量评价模型，对乌鲁木齐都市圈近中郊的阜康市休闲农业的开发条件进行了系统的定量与定性评价，得出阜康市休闲农业开发条件优良；4）分析了阜康市休闲农业（区）点系统的空间聚集特征和空间关联特征，探讨性的提出了阜康市休闲农业的空间布局，为沿水磨沟、三工河谷呈条带状，与阜康近郊、博格达峰山地冰雪风情区、远郊规模加工农业区和北部沙漠观光探险区小组团相结合的布局模式；5）确定适于阜康市的休闲活动产品类型，研究阜康市休闲农业社区参与式的经营管理模式，提出了公司+农户模式、政府+公司+农村旅游协会+旅行社模式、股份制模式、农户+农户四种模式。With the rapid development of Chinese economy in recent years,Chinese People has their earning and leisure greatly increased,as the result of it,leisure agriculture has also emerged in China.Suburb,with geographical and resources superiority,has already become people’s first choice to go and spend their leisure time. Suburb’s leisure agriculture is the result under certain historical conditions、certain society and certain economy conditions.The development of suburb’s leisure agriculture,beneficial to cultural exchange、information transmission and capital inflow,which plays a significant role in suburb’s economic growth and personnel quality.On the one hand,it exploited a broad activities space and communication platform for urban tourism,and had good promotion effect on the suburb’s society、economy and culture.This article attempts to discuss the leisure agriculture spots system in Urumuqi Metromolitan Area,choosing Fukang city as the research object of the case,then sum up the spatial distribution and community-involved operation and management model of suburb’s leisure agriculture. Main research contents of the thesis include the following aspects:1)worked on the scope of the research and the work frame of the article based on the domestic and foreign Suburb’s leisure agriculture.2)analyzed the rising background of suburb’s leisure agriculture、characteristics、types、models and spatial distribution,analyzing the fractal analysis on spatial structure of leisure agriculture spots system in Urumqi Metropolitan Area.3)studyed on Fukang City which is the medium-distance suburb in Urumqi Metropolitan Area .Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process,this chapter builds a study model on the quantitative evaluation of recreational agriculture resources in Fukang which consists of resource conditions、development conditions and tourism conditions.And we evaluated systematically on the development conditions of Fukang City’s leisure agriculture that carried out through the combination of the quantitative and qualitative research method,which were excellent.4)analyzed the spatial aggregation and spatial correlation of Fukang City’s leisure agriculture spots system,discussing its spatial distribution model which is combined with bands-ShuiMo Ditch and SanGong River and several clusters-FuKang suburb、Mount Bogda ice-snow area、xurb scale processing agricultural area and northern desert sightseeing expedition area.5)determined the leisure products suitable for Fukang City’s leisure agriculture and studyed the community-involved operation and management models which were corporation plus farmer model、government plus company plus rural tourism association plus travel agency model、shareholding model and farmer plus farmer model. |
